Quality Control

At the flour mill, quality control begins with the wheat and ends with the flour. It is an essential stage in the production process, ensuring a product of high quality and nutritional value.  The Quality Control Department is staffed by chemists and food technologists who specialize in flour.Before delivery to the flour mill, the wheat is analyzed and subject to quality checks. These procedures are repeated after milling to ensure the quality of the flour and bran produced.

Our offices
